Who can I help?

In times of emotional difficulty it may be hard to talk openly to family and friends.  Therapists are trained professionals who are able to offer not only a space in which to unburden yourself but also a place in which you can begin to develop a greater understanding of yourself.  A therapist can help you to discover a positive way forward.

I am able to offer help to people with a range of difficulties such as:

• Depression

• Stress

• Anxiety

• Bereavement and loss

• Low self esteem and identity issues

• Relationship problems

• Eating disorders - I have a particular interest in helping people who have issues with eating and I have worked in eating disorder units in both the NHS and private sectors.

As well as offering help to individuals I am also able to provide counselling to couples who are experiencing difficulties in their relationship.
