How do I work?

Modern wooden building partially hidden by wild grass and bushes, with mountains in the background.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, which means I draw on a range of psychological theories and methods depending on what’s most helpful for you. Every person is different, so I work flexibly—tailoring the therapy to meet your unique needs, circumstances, and goals.

My work is grounded in psychodynamic and relational thinking, helping you explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be shaping your current feelings and relationships. I also draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and systemic ideas—particularly when working with couples or family dynamics.

I offer both short-term and longer-term therapy, depending on what you’re looking for. Some people come to therapy for help with a specific issue, while others are seeking space for deeper personal growth and self-understanding. Whatever brings you to therapy, I aim to offer a supportive, reflective, and respectful environment where change can begin to happen.
